3. On site visit and evaluation is performed.

Once our initial on-site evaluation is complete and we’ve determined that your home is eligible, we complete the local listing and ReNew Certified Pre Owned Home paperwork and begin.


4. Schedule initial home evaluation.

Once ratified, our team quickly schedules and performs your home evaluation.

5. Evaluation review and necessary corrections are scheduled.
